“We have been using Tee Times 4 You on line tee booking system for over 5 years now and I can highly recommend it for use in any golf club.
The system underwent a major upgrade over 2 years ago and we were an integral part of the design and implementation of the facilities available to maximise the systems use for the club and our members.
During the first easing of restrictions with the Covid lockdown the system coped admirably with the enormous increase in traffic to the site and never skipped a beat in dealing with the hundreds of bookings undertaken.
The system is extremely flexible with membership types and can deal with an unlimited number of them. It deals with all our competitions very well and has a facility for Trolley and Buggy Hire.
Societies can book on line and limits can be set for times (days in advance) and unlimited packages can be made available.
There are many more facilities available on the comprehensive booking system.
We looked at several systems before we decided on Tee Times 4 You including so called “Free” systems which are not free at all and would have cost us £1000,s in lost green fee income if adopted. Tee Times 4 You seems to be the most cost effective and comprehensive system on the market.

“Chalgrave Manor Golf Club uses Teetime4you.com as our online booking system. Prior to the Covid situation, we had used the system purely for visitors only to be able to book online, as we allowed our club members and their guests to just turn up and play and had done so for 25 years.
